First contact person at the reception for all concerns of the management, colleagues Administrative support of international customers and partners, as well as visitor and guest accommodation on site Responsibility for the time recording system with all relevant activities, such as mistime management and presence monitoring Internal and external communication on the phone and by mail Event coordination, organisation of events, trade fairs and training Acquisition of administrative tasks (post processing, preparation of various evaluations, etc.) Representation within team assistance in absences

Completed commercial training, with additional training (economic assistance, farmer, foreign language assistance, etc.) Several years of professional experience in a similar position desirable or in a comparable position in front or back office German and English fluent in word and writing; other languages, such as French, are always advantageous Routinized handling of current MS Office applications High customer and service orientation with friendly and professional appearance Representative organizational talent with team spirit, self-initiative, targeted and structured working also in hectic situations
