Location: Germany

The IT Audit & Certification Manager is the first contact for all audit- and certification-relevant enquiries and processes. In addition, he is responsible for the analysis, review and improvement of existing (end-to-end) IT processes and for the identification of missing IT processes and their development and implementation in cooperation with experts and executives. He also supports the audit team operatively. You are part of an international team in Global IT with the focus on relevant processes in the SAP environment.

Main tasks:

■ You are the main partner for all internal and external enquiries on audits and certifications, including external auditors and the internal audit team as well as the Information Security Team.

■ You are responsible for the analysis, review and optimization of existing (end-to-end) IT processes and the mapping of business processes (e.g. offboarding internal/external employees, change management analysis of business and IT processes, authorization processes, monitoring of end-to-end interfaces and processes) in coordination with auditors and internal stakeholders.

■ Identification of missing IT processes as well as their development and implementation in cooperation with experts and managers are part of your task.

■ You work closely with the end-to-end business process managers (GPOs) to coordinate and improve business and IT processes.

■ The development of process and system monitoring in cooperation with the analysis teams and internal auditing as well as the creation of a uniform and comprehensive documentation of all relevant processes are your tasks.

■ You actively support the audit and audit teams.

■ You have a successful Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related area. A master's degree is advantageous. ■ You could gain two years or more experience in managing IT audits (internal or external) or in a similar role.

■ You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

■ You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

■ You have the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external service providers.

■ You have knowledge of the products of SAP, knowledge of S/4 HANA Public Cloud are recommended.

■ Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
