You provide information on the course of the teaching according to § 43 IfSG (Infection Protection Act for Food Workers) answering enquiries and processing of complaints by phone and by email is also part of your tasks They serve the digital mailbox on the e-government platform “service-bw” They document the certificates, archive them digitally and conduct the statistics for the subject area (call number survey) They are responsible for communication to solve technical problems or conflicts of payment and in justified exceptional cases for the issue of appointments for doctors You process death certificates and mortality statistics, if necessary, collect missing information by phone or in writing or process incorrect cases by phone A change or addition of the task area is reserved.
