Our team of ambulant-assisted services of the Diakoneo Offen Hilfe in Schwäbisch Hall is pleased from 01. September 2026 on you! (full-time or part-time unlimited)

The Sonnenhof assists people with support needs. Our aim is to encourage and accompany these people in such a way that they are strengthened as independent personalities and can live as self-determined as possible with a high quality of life. In the outpatiently accompanying services, we organize various assistance offers for social participation.

Tasks

• Develop and organize offers for children and young people with creativity and commitment.
• In addition, you organize and accompany volunteers and advise and support participants as well as their relatives on the basis of social law.
• Ensuring and maintaining quality standards is also one of your tasks.
• They are part of a network and work with other services and cooperation partners.

Your profile

• (m/w/d), a degree in social work or a comparable degree as a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d).
• They have the necessary sensitivity to work with people with disabilities and their relatives.
• As a team member, you work cooperatively and creatively with your colleagues, but you can also organize yourself well.
• You are looking for a flexible working situation that will help you through your personality.
