Tasks

Implementation of the monthly payroll including all related tasks.

• management of salary, tax and social security data.
• Support in solving payroll issues.
• Providing reports and analyses for management.
• Collaboration with other departments to achieve process improvements.
• compliance with statutory provisions and directives. -Pflege of employee data in the HR systems.
• Support for ad-hoc projects in wage accounting.

Requirements profile (m/w/d) should have the following qualifications and experiences:

Training in wage accounting or similar qualifications. -experience in payroll accounting and knowledge in payroll accounting software. -Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel. -A precise and detailed way of working. -Good communicative skills and ability to work in a team.
