Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d)

You are committed to the commercial management of commercial real estate. You communicate regularly with tenants, owners and external partners. You will set up business plans, reporting and operating and heating cost accounting. You collect and maintain all relevant data in our systems. You monitor and process the tenant accounts independently.

You have a completed training in the real estate industry or a comparable training. You have already gained professional experience in the field of commercial real estate. You are characterized by an independent, independent and team-oriented way of working. You have knowledge of a real estate software and the willingness to work in our programs K-ZWO and Gypsilon, ideally you have already worked with SAP.
