Building Technology Manager (m/f/d)

You co-ordinate and tax external service providers and craft companies and ensure that all work is done smoothly. You are responsible for the technical building management and ensure the reliable operation of air conditioning, ventilation, heating and window systems as well as the sprinkler system, fire alarm and wastewater treatment. The care and further development of our outdoor facilities and green areas is also in your area of responsibility. You carry out smaller repair, maintenance and maintenance work independently and in a solution-oriented manner. Internal and external maintenance measures are planned, organized and coordinated independently. You take care of the demand-oriented procurement of spare parts in the field of building technology. Building-related consumption data such as electricity, gas and water always keeps you in mind, documenting these carefully and compile regular reports for the factory management. You plan and tax technical projects independently from the idea to the successful implementation.

You have a further education on master (m/w/d) electrical engineering, a study with a focus on building technology or a comparable qualification. Thanks to your technical know-how and craftsmanship, you can quickly find the right solution for challenges. Quality, reliability and care are of course for you.
