Guest Experience & Service Specialist (m/f/d)

You are hosts: from head toe, with body and soul and want to follow your ''vocation''? Then maybe we have the right job for you. In this responsible role, you will be able to serve our international staff together with 23 rooms/apartments for meetings and events in our own guest house. Since everything begins with the planning, themes such as room reservation and disposition, check-in and check-out as well as the comprehensive guest service are of course your tasks. You take responsibility for shopping and goods control as well as housekeeping, after all our guests should not miss anything. Support is provided by service providers such as cleaning companies, driving services, restaurants, caterers and other suppliers that coordinate you. Your guests are happy to meet you at breakfast service as well as attending meetings and events during coffee breaks and lunch – and also about one or other personal conversation. In addition, you work closely in the team with our reception/reception and support each other in the sense of a reliable representation. Once it is calmer, we look forward to your ideas for the further development of processes and their implementation.

You have a completed training to/from the hotel specialist (w/m/d) or a comparable profession and already have experience in the areas of reception, events or housekeeping You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have a good technical understanding and are safe to use MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) You meet international guests and different cultures with joy and openness and understand themselves as host:in You are flexible, decision-making and creative, have organizational skills and keep an overview in every situation
