What we plan together: After a one- to two-month onboarding with our current student, you lay the foundation for your career - and that of more than 12,000 REWE Group employees. So you have the chance to gain valuable HR practice experience in recruiting and talent management in addition to your studies.

What you do with us: Your expertise is in demand: Bring your analytical and innovative skills into our dynamic internal sourcing and actively shape it. You take responsibility: In the data management of pools, the creation of job newsletters and when setting up data-based evaluations. You keep an overview: In cooperation with different stakeholders:inside, project partners:inside and talent. You are the first contact person:in for our internal talents, with which you are in close contact.
