We currently employ over 700 employees at our twelve operating locations. Our core market is the northern Baden-Württemberg with the major economic regions Stuttgart, Heilbronn-Franken and Karlsruhe-Nordbaden as well as the Rhine-Main region. We also offer many of our services throughout Baden-Württemberg and nationwide. Over 50 years, we have acquired a comprehensive know-how in waste disposal. Today we offer a complete service around the disposal and far beyond - from a single source. From the headquarters in Ludwigsburg, our material flow department manages, among other things, the marketing of all generated quantities of secondary raw materials (values). Due to our further growth, we are looking for reinforcement in the team.

Economically optimized marketing of the valuable materials produced and provided in our factories (e.g. waste paper, old plastic, old wood, old metal, substitute fuels etc.) Coordination of daily outputs of valuables with regional, supra-regional and international processing or final disposal systems incl. Communication with external logistics/sedition as well as pick-up of transport offers Monitoring of the respective supply and quota arrangements and the related individual orders, the collection and processing of complaints Regular exchange with sales and our companies Market monitoring and search for new marketing routes Data management in our goods management system (e.g. pricing, orders) and a secure handling of database programs for data evaluation (e.g. Excel)

You have successfully completed a commercial training or economic studies They have negotiating skills and commercial thinking They have ideally already gained experience in waste management and have knowledge of waste law, or are motivated to work into the industry-specific contexts.
