Project buyerin / Project managerin Purchasing (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) in the field of construction and services As a project buyer*in (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) construction and services, you are responsible for the economic and legal procurement of HOAI and construction services as well as related services for infrastructure projects from the tender to the end of the warranty. In doing so, you control procurement procedures according to applicable procurement and grant law, accompany projects in a commercial manner, conduct negotiations with contractors and support the project management in particular in contractual, supplementary and claim management issues.

Implementation of strategic targets Support for infrastructure projects from the call for proposals to the end of the guarantee Ensuring the economic and legally secure procurement of HOAI and construction services as well as services in accordance with the concept of a product group, taking into account the supply chain regulatory law Professional cooperation of the content in response projects Support in project reporting (including funding management) Project progress control in coordination with the technical project management Support for project management in commercial issues Commercial analysis of technical requirements and specifications, infrastructure projects and related services Responsible preparation, implementation and conclusion of negotiations with contractors, service providers and suppliers Implementation of national and (EU) invitations to tender for Futura and subreport ELViS Application of the right to award and grant

Successfully completed (specialized) university studies in commercial or technical fields (business management (BWL), economic engineering, civil engineering, economic law) Experience and application of procurement law according to GWB, SektVO, VOB and UVgO Experience and application of legal bases HGB, BGB, AGB, BDSG, TVgG and EVB-IT Treaties Long-term experience and application of funding guidelines for awards Long-standing project experience in the procurement of construction measures Experience in follow-up management Secure IT knowledge (especially MS Office programs Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Application of the SAP MM module Knowledge in a tendering software German knowledge and very good English knowledge in word and writing
