Your tasks: Team Leadership: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of masters and administrators

Energy management: Responsible for the Bank's energy management and the development and implementation of sustainable measures

Construction project management: Coordination of construction projects as well as supply collection and control of repair and maintenance work by external service managers

Cost monitoring: monitoring and controlling the costs of ongoing construction projects and active participation in budget and investment planning

Your profile: completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in the field of facility management, real estate management, administration or comparable qualifications

Professional experience in managing teams, preferably in the field of building management, administration or infrastructure

Knowledge of energy management and interest in sustainable solutions

Experience in the management of construction projects and in cooperation with external service providers and craft businesses
