Strategic and operational management of all R&B sectors and the associated gastronomic units Responsibility for the selection, promotion and development of executives and teams Ensuring a consistently high level of quality, guest orientation and legal hygiene standards Management of economic results including budget planning, revenue development, goods use management and personnel deployment planning Continuous evaluation of relevant performance indicators and implementation of targeted measures to increase efficiency Conception and implementation of future-oriented gastronomy and service experiences Trustful cooperation with the operational lines, management and interdisciplinary interfaces Professional representation of the company in exchange with guests, business partners and strategic suppliers

Multiannual experience in controlling and managing complex R&B areas Comprehensive expertise in the upscale hotel industry or demanding gastronomy Safe handling of economic indicators and a strong sense of profitable corporate governance Experience in the successful development of powerful teams and the sustainable design of efficient processes Passion for excellent service and highest quality standards combined with a practical working method Examination, pronounced communication skills and the ability to unite different interests in a targeted manner Motivating leaders with high social competence and an appreciation of leadership Strategic and conceptual thinking combined with a pronounced understanding of operational relationships Self-employed, predictive and solution-oriented approach to complex tasks Representative appearance and an authentic understanding of lived hospitality Impressive design will, high operational readiness and the ability to take responsibility at all levels
