Part-time commercial clerk in customer service (m/f/d)

You are available to our direct customers (end consumers) as contact persons. You accept orders and enter them in the goods management system. You advise our customers by telephone on questions concerning the application of our cosmetic products and also provide recommendations for supplementary supplementary care products. You process complaints and general inquiries about delivery periods, ingredients, promotional articles etc. It's not outbound telephony, and you don't have to perform acquise calls. Your working time: In principle, our customer service is available daily from 8 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 6 pm. During this period, you will work for at least 19 hours a week: Mondays from 8 a.m., Tuesdays from 11 a.m. and Thursdays from 13 a.m. Also work on a Saturday a month. If necessary, e.g. in the context of holiday representations or in the case of a high number of jobs, you will take over further operations (with other working hours or other weekdays).

You have successfully completed a commercial training. You have very good German and legal skills. You bring a pleasant telephone voice.
