In our new service unit KZVdirekt we bundle the support of our member practices and create a central point of contact for external concerns. The aim is to quickly, professionally and solution-oriented support dental practices in their questions. As part of KZVdirekt, our members will advise you by phone on issues relating to billing, technical applications and other issues from everyday practice and help us efficiently process inquiries and find practical solutions. This means You advise dental practices competently and service-oriented on questions regarding dental billing and technical applications You support dental practices in questions about telematics infrastructure and digital applications at KZV North Rhine You answer enquiries about billing services such as KCH, ZE, PAR and KG/KB You carry out the factual-calculated examination of the KCH, ZE, PAR and KG/KB accounts You provide information about the KZV billing and support dental practices in organizational issues You bring your experience into the further development of our new service unit KZVdirekt

A completed training as a dental practitioner, ZMV, AZP or a comparable qualification in the dental field Good and comprehensive knowledge in dental accounting, in the fields KCH, ZE, PAR and KG/KB are necessary.
