In this position, you take the control of external service providers, actively drive process optimization and participate in the further development of our performance portfolio as well as exciting IT projects.

You control external IT and service providers. You take control of Onsite Managed Service service providers, including the Service Desk, Install Move and 2nd Level Support. You monitor, control and document IT service delivery – both internally and externally. You are responsible for escalation management towards IT service providers. You're puggling and developing existing provider relationships. You participate in contract design, SLA management and quality assurance. You contribute to the continuous improvement of relevant IT processes in the company. You work in creating and maintaining performance descriptions and alerts. You develop project-related training concepts. You take over the entire or partial project management.

You have a completed degree in the field of computer science or business informatics – alternatively a completed IT vocational training with a well-founded professional experience. You bring comprehensive experience in managing external suppliers and service providers in IT operations. You have already successfully projected IT infrastructure and development projects in the client environment. You have experience in controlling client systems in the production environment, in particular in the field systems. You have sound know-how in the fields of IT infrastructure (client, networks, server, cloud), ITIL and project management. You can master German safely and English well – in word and writing. You are trained in communication with specialist departments and in request analysis and also performs in negotiating situations with internal and external partners.
