· Completed training as a nurse (m/w/d)

· Complete studies in health care or recognition for care services according to § 71 SGB XI

· Experience as a nursing service or representation in a nursing facility or comparable institution

· Good computer knowledge and openness to digital-based documentation

· High social competence in dealing with residents, relatives and employees

· High commitment and organizational capacity

Your tasks:

· Personal planning, employee management and development

· Checking care quality

· Economic management in terms of incontinence management, laundry management and medical needs (determination, order and control)

· Ensure a need-oriented care of residents

· Close cooperation with the management and quality management

· Preparing, carrying out and post-preparing of resident observations by the MDK

· Employee work and contact care for doctors and social workers

· Advising our residents and their families on the nature and scope of the necessary care
