Social education (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• They advise and support hearing impaired patients and their relatives in all psychosocial and social issues.
• They carry out social-administrative activities, including cooperation with other institutions and authorities.
• They contribute to the treatment of mentally ill persons in group therapies with socio-educative elements.
• They process therapy-planning and predictive issues.
• They accompany the patients with individual cases and are in close contact with their relatives and supervisors.
• They design the targeted integration of social counselling content into the joint therapeutic work in the treatment team.

Your profile

• You can successfully complete your studies in social education or Social work. They also bring experience in conversation management, especially in dealing with mentally ill patients and, as far as possible, in therapeutic terms.
• They ideally already have professional experience in the stationary psychiatric environment.
• They are particularly interested in the work in the highly acoustic field and show presence in exchange with the station team
• Personally, you are characterized by a high degree of self-sufficiency and sense of responsibility, your strong empathy and your joy in dealing with people.
• They attach great importance to an economic operation and a high quality patient care.
• You can introduce yourself to our hearing impaired station and are ready to learn the sign language.
