Human Resources OfficerÜberherrn Plant (m/f/d)

You advise executives at the plant in Überherrn on all personal and labour law issues and are a Sparring partner at eye level You accompany employees over the entire Employee Life Cycle – from selection to entry to exit You conduct employee talks (including trial time, BEM and termination talks) You work constructively with the Works Council and design business agreements with You support the planning and implementation of personnel development measures and the creation of incorporation plans You implement administrative personnel processes, such as contract creation and compensation adjustments, initial evaluations and guide optimizations You will visit the headquarters in Lübeck 3-4 times a year to exchange yourself with your teammates from the HR department

Business studies or training with HR focus as well as good knowledge of working and business constitutional law HR GeneralistIn (m/w/d), ideally in the industrial environment Experience in cooperation with works councils and the application of collective agreements Safe handling of an ERP system, ideally SAP and MS Office, especially Excel Structured, independent working and the ability to keep the focus even on many topics
