Accountant (w/m/d) Anton Paar OptoTec GmbH | Seelze near Hanover

As a Accountant/Financial Accountant (w/m/d), you are proud to represent our business at any time correctly in current accounting. With your commercial qualification, the ongoing work is easy for you, e.g. tuning the debitor and creditor accounts in the fully integrated SAP system. You will first complete monthly and annual accounts and accompany external audits. You appreciate the close cooperation with personnel and logistics. Accounting: You conduct the ongoing accounting for our development and production site in the Anton-Paar-Konzern. Preparation of the payroll: You take on the ongoing tasks, such as the coordination of the debitor and creditor accounts, the dunning and the coordination of the intercompany settlements. Revenue tax: You will reliably deliver the current sales tax pre-registrations and summarising messages. Financial statements: You will prepare the monthly and annual accounts independently, and will start them in cooperation with the Group Accounting and the external tax office. Monitoring of external audits: You accompany external audits competently and professionally, in particular economic and tax audits. Divisional: If necessary, you also support other administrative tasks and expand your range of activities.

Well trained: You have completed your commercial training or studies with a focus on accounting. Learn: You have at least two years of practical experience in accounting. System knowledge: Ideally, you have sound knowledge of SAP or a comparable system. Effectiveness: You are well organized and can prioritize your workload independently and effectively. Communication: You enjoy communication including safe English in word and writing and have fun at work in an internationally active group.
