You carry the department Purchasing independently (disciplinary and professional) You advise and support the planning, designing, preparation and implementation of procurement procedures (including construction and planning services and other services and delivery services in the national and EU-wide field) You shall ensure the cost-effectiveness of the awards in compliance with the statutory provisions and the economic plan You are responsible for the audit and approval of award notices You develop procurement strategies and identify savings potentials and cost optimizations You are responsible for the continuous analysis and improvement of procurement processes
