As part of our experienced staff consultant team, you are a specialist (w/m/d) in your customer segment, actively expand your own network and focus on the areas you know (already now or later) like your west pocket. You operate intensive market and brand expansion, acquire new customers along our core industries and intensify existing customer relationships. You will fully advise your contacts at the management level with regard to their open vacancies and negotiate contracts as well as framework conditions. In order to present the customer a top candidate data selection, you work closely with the recruiters and accompany applicants during the entire process with the customer. There is also the possibility to become part of the management team so that you can influence the strategic development of our company.
