Executive Board support for personal business issues in close cooperation with the management department (Further) Development of Standards and HR Processes for Executive Personal Economic Tasks Ensuring the legal relevance/conformity of employment contracts and other target group-specific regulations Preparation and participation in the implementation of personal-strategic projects/special tasks Creation of guidelines, board templates, evaluations, statistics and presentations

Completed studies of law/economic law/economy with long-term professional experience in the HR environment Embossed conceptual and analytical skills Impressed communication capability and competent occurrence with high enforcement capability Very high loyalty, integrity and trustworthiness Ability to actively design, control, coordination and control themes and process sequences Self-responsible operation with a high degree of service orientation and willingness to take responsibility
