We are looking for you as a reception manager (m/w/d)!

Type of employment: Full time

Responsible for the organisation, coordination and smooth operation at reception

Head of the front office team and creation of the service plan

Responsibility for a flawless impression of the front office

Contact person for special guests

Check of arrivals and departures Account and debitor control as well as check of credit card payments

Ensuring team-oriented and effective cooperation within the department

Close cooperation with all departments within the hotel

Multiannual professional experience in the hotel industry in front office or reservation

Experience as reception line or Deputy reception line

Willingness to work for weekends and holidays on common working hours (no night service)

Active cooperation and self-thinking, with high performance

Very good computer skills with common hotel software (preferably ASA hotel software)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 You are happy to be in touch with guests and it makes you happy to contribute with your work at the hotel to the successful stay in our home.
