Sales Administrator Export (m/f/d)

From the CLAAS machine on the field to the smallest spare part of the daily need: so that from a careful seed a successful harvest and the process runs smoothly, many large and small wheels have to interlock. Fast and efficient support and the highest spare parts availability for our customers: our core competencies are. Together with our sales partners, we develop the aftersales business and contribute to customer satisfaction and to the success and growth of CLAAS.

Your role in our team:

• Processing and coordination of spare parts orders for international CLAAS customers (external and internal) as well as demanding export markets
• creation of offers, order loading and tracking, shipping coordination and the creation of export-relevant and country-specific shipping documents
• coordination with different areas such as purchasing, logistics, material planning, finance, controlling etc.
• Support for worldwide shipping scenarios within the CLAAS Group and coordination of commercial settlement
• Order processing during weekend and holidays with your teammates (m/w/d).

Your profile:

• You have completed your studies in business management with a focus on logistics / or a comparable commercial training.
• They bring professional experience in a comparable position, in particular experience in the handling of complex export markets and international cross-Company shops.
• A high self-initiative, enforcement and team capacity are of course for you.
• Very good Microsoft Office as well as well as sound S4 Hana knowledge in the modules SD, MM and QM we set in advance.
• They have very good German, English and French knowledge in word and writing, and other languages are desirable.
• A flexible, reliable and structured way of working as well as an organizational design.
