Reception and advice of our guests Responsible for the smooth running in our restaurants Instruction of service staff in all service-specific fields Care of the “Addipos” cash register system used Compliance and development of standards Optimization and further development of the banquet area Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations Instruction and allocation of employees at the stations Careful handling of inventory, machinery and mechanical equipment Processing of service staff and services Training of trainees
