TECHNOFORM is a family business with over 55 production and sales locations worldwide. As a manufacturer of plastic profiles, the company is represented globally with more than 1,500 employees. Since its founding in 1969, the special manufacturing methods have made the Group the leading supplier of thermoplastic extrusion. TECHNOFORM offers its customers a wide range of customized solutions and standardized plastic applications. The unique and highly precise extrusion process allows the realization of highly complex geometries. Many of these solutions are used for sustainability: these include, for example, spacers for the thermally optimized glass edge region and a wide range of insulating profiles for aluminum windows, doors and facades. TECHNOFORM also provides high-precision customer designs and system components, for example for the automotive industry, aircraft construction, electrical engineering or heat recovery. The corporate culture at TECHNOFORM promotes a balance between teamwork and individual freedom. Teams are usually small with flat hierarchies and focus on the specific needs of their respective customers. Each team is responsible for aligning with customer requirements and optimizing its processes. Around 190 employees are employed at the site in Kassel-Niederzwehren. The modern production plant specialises in the development and production of high-performance plastic profiles for the thermal separation of windows, doors and facades, with the aim of minimising energy loss in buildings and maximizing energy efficiency. You have a completed degree with HR-based training (e.g. economic, social, or legal) or a comparable training You bring experience in managing executives and employees – ideally in a dynamic environment You have good knowledge of labour law, ideally you have experience with collective bargaining issues You are characterized by a proactive, fast and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards and stand confidently on all levels with sovereignty and professionalism You think in digital processes and systems and are IT-affin Team skills, intercultural competence and high social competence complete their profile The handling of MS Office and Microsoft 365 (particularly SharePoint and Teams) is familiar to you You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
