Objective of the job

The Bauhelfer (m/w/d) supports the skilled workers (Maurer, Betonbauer, Vorarbeiter) in carrying out construction work. It ensures a smooth run on the construction site by working, providing materials and auxiliary activities.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Support for skilled workers

• Sufficient and preparation of building materials ( mortar, concrete, plaster etc.)
• Wall support, plastering and concrete
• With the help of demolition and reconstruction work

Material & equipment

• loading and unloading of building materials, transporting at the construction site
• Maintenance, cleaning and easy maintenance of tools and equipment
• Clean up and clean up the construction site

General assistance

• Easy craftsmanship work under instructions (e.g. Stemmen, Schachten, Schalen)
• Installation of insulations, seals or auxiliary structures according to requirements
• Safety of working areas, construction site equipment

Labour safety

• Wearing of prescribed protective equipment
