Number: MER0003VDG In production planning, we centrally plan the production processes of all Mercedes-Benz cars at all production sites worldwide, working closely with the development, production and other business partners. A friction-free assembly process and the optimization of all processes in terms of time, quality and costs are of the highest priority to meet our high demands. As part of your internship, you will get an insight into the complex planning and production processes, the design and procurement of equipment and the necessary influence on the products to ensure assembly-oriented processes. These challenges include: Development and optimization of equipment and handling equipment incl. Testing Development of proposals for process and product optimization Digital transformation in production planning The activity can begin from April 2026.

Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Communication
