Administration, operation and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) including user, role and authorization management as well as release/patch planning. Technical support for ERP conversion (project duration about 1.5 years) in close coordination with specialist areas, key users and external service providers. Working in the parallel project to introduce a production planning and control system (PPS) including design, implementation and monitoring of the interfaces to Navision. Analysis and troubleshooting in 2nd/3rd level support, including root cause analyses, monitoring, performance tuning and sustainable error prevention. Planning and implementation of tests (system, integration and acceptance tests), coordination of cutover activities, and monitoring of Go-Lives and Hypercare phases. Controlling external partners (e.g. NAV/SAP consulting, interface providers), ensuring delivery quality, documentation and compliance with schedules. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (operating manuals, interface descriptions, emergency concepts) and support in audits and compliance requirements. Participation in IT security and backup/recovery concepts in the ERP environment, including rights review, logging and recovery tests.

You work structured, service-oriented and take responsibility for stable business processes. In project phases, you communicate clearly, moderate IT requirements and keep track of parallel projects. You are characterized by hand-on mentality, careful documentation and a pragmatic approach to improvement and are interested in working in production processes. You have several years of experience in the administration and/or technical support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision); alternatively, you can bring well-founded ERP experience with SAP and are ready to work in NAV processes. Ideally, you know integration scenarios (interfaces, data flows, EDI/API/file transfers), test and rollout procedures as well as working with external implementation partners. Knowledge of SQL/Reporting, authorization concepts and the handling of production-related systems (PPS/MES) are advantageous. Very good German skills complete your profile.

Attractive salary within the framework of approximately 74,000–78,000 EUR p.a., depending on the experience and a planned start option.
