Focus: Mechatronic development with interfaces to industrial engineering

You assume the mechanical design, construction and further development of components and assemblies. You contribute to the development of mechatronic systems and components for machines and plants. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and optimization of automation solutions in the development environment. The selection and integration of electrical, electronic and control components (e.g. sensor technology, actuators, controllers, cable harnesses) for mechatronic systems is part of your everyday work. You support serial support and product care. To ensure production-oriented solutions, you work closely with Industrial Engineering. Their activities include the supervision of technical changes. You support the creation of schematics, lists and technical documentation. The coordination with adjacent disciplines such as design, software, purchasing and quality is part of your varied everyday life. You cooperate in commissioning, testing and verification of prototypes and series products. You make an important contribution to the further development of technical standards and processes in the field of automation.

You have completed your studies in the field of automation technology, mechatronics or electrical engineering. You have several years of experience in the development and integration of mechatronic systems, focusing on electromechanical integration. You bring knowledge of PLC programming (e.g. TIA Portal, Siemens Logo) and industrial communication. The safe handling of CAD tools for electronics development (e.g. EPLAN), as well as CAD tools for mechanical development (e.g. Solidworks) is obvious to you. Your understanding of technical interfaces between development and production is characterized. You work structured and solution-oriented. Your communication strength and your team capacity is a win for us. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
