XRM Experte:in/ CRM Experte:in (m/w/d)

The body is first fixed for 2 years and must be filled in full time.

For this position we are looking for a person with extensive experience in (Extended) customer relationship management systems. After the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics by our project management team, the XRM/CRM expert will help users of the XRM/CRM, internal stakeholders, and business owners to use the system competently and develop it in the long term. The role therefore requires a high service orientation, creativity and joy in close cooperation with all HPI teams that maintain external cooperation.

First and second level support: Central contact for all user requests around the XRM Training and support of the XRM keyusers in the phase after the launch of Microsoft Dynamics as a new, institute-wide XRM system together with the Project Management Office Proactive support and advice of users in all functionalities of the XRM, such as creating dashboards, evaluations, segments and journeys, changing templates, handling newsletters, creating website forms Proactive collection and evaluation of user feedback to improve user-friendliness Implementation of simple configuration adjustments in the system (e.g. workflows, forms, templates) Initiation and implementation of optimizations and new requirements in close coordination with stakeholders, coordination and documentation of processes Conducting technical tests and acceptance of new functions Heading of subprojects to further develop the XRM (e.g. introduction of new modules or interfaces) Own control and prioritization of the Product Backlog including time planning and resource balance Implementation of administrative tasks such as user management, maintenance of database structures Permission & License Management in coordination with the IT administrator Recording, tuning and documentation of requirements and processes and their prioritization as a decision template for the Business Owner and Institute Management Development of standards (e.g. design, templates, processes, data protection) and ensuring compliance

At least 5 years of relevant experience in CRM management or marketing automation CRM and marketing tools: deep expertise preferably in Microsoft Dynamics (or comparable systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot) Lead management processes: deep understanding of lead management processes and sales processes, preferably in university context and professional education Experience in first and second level support, communication strength and team orientation Experience in the development and implementation of customer lifecycle programs Structured operation with a very high quality standards and high self-organisation German and English language skills in word and writing High social competence and ability to combine different interests Strong analytical skills and the ability to work targeted in a dynamic environment, prioritise themes and requirements and derive strategic decisions
