Number: MER0003U0 Do you want to help shape the future of automotive production? In our MO/ETME team in Sindelfingen you work at the interface of Lean Management, Digitization and Innovative Production Planning. We are the area that is responsible for the implementation of the Mercedes-Benz production system (MPS) in production planning – creating the basis for efficient, sustainable and future-oriented processes. As part of our in-house consulting approach, you help internal customers find the best solutions for complex challenges and gain exciting insights into the production planning of the latest vehicle innovations of a global company. Your tasks: Support in the analysis and optimization of future production and logistics processes using Lean methods (e.g. value flow analysis)

Participation in the digital transformation and optimization of planning processes

Preparation and implementation of workshops with interdisciplinary teams

Creation of decision templates for management

Working in projects for process design in areas such as assembly, logistics, raw construction or painted body

Application and development of MPS methods in a dynamic environment

There are 2 places available: Position 1: Activity can begin from January 2026

Position 2: Activity can begin from April 2026

Studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Similar

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of PowerPoint, Excel and ideally first knowledge in data processing / process analysis

Interest and openness to work in various projects with different technical content

Interest in lean management, digitization and production

Self-employed, structured working and hand-on mentality

Team skills and desire for work in a dynamic environment

Innovation spirit and willingness to challenge existing processes

Intercultural competence and communication skills
