As a Specialist Sales Analytics & Digitalization, you are responsible for the data-driven infrastructure of the sales department. You are the first address when it comes to busy numbers, automated reports and the strategic use of new technologies in sales. Power BI & Dashboards: Construction, maintenance and further development of distributed dashboards; Data modelling, DAX, connection to ERP/CRM systems Reporting & Reporting: Conception and automation of standard reports; Basis of assessment for sales and management Rolling Forecast: Methodical setup and systemic implementation of the forecast process; Voting with Controlling AI in sales: evaluation and piloting of AI tools (predictive analytics, automation); Building an AI roadmap for sales Your further focus: Training and enablement of sales teams in handling new tools and reports Technical support of IT centralization planning for reporting infrastructure Coordination of distributive digitalization projects – from idea to roll-out Building a structured documentation and knowledge base for analysis models Technological market observation and benchmarking in Sales Analytics

Studies or training in Business Informatics, BWL with Controlling Focus, Data Science or comparable Power BI — advanced knowledge (DAX, data modeling, service deployment) Structured thinking, high initiative and the ability to drive projects independently Knowledge of forecasting methods and/or sales controlling Communication strength — you can easily explain complex analyses German insurance That would be a plus: Experience with SQL, Python or other data query languages Basic knowledge of machine learning / AI applications in business context Experience in a manufacturing company or in the B2B sales environment Knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams) English knowledge
