Staff Regulations for category 2, first entry office in the General Services department or (w/m/d) with the already filed employee examination II or Comparable degree (min. bachelor) in economics or social sciences, ideally with professional experience that is beneficial to this job At least three years of professional experience based on the respective degree Important competences: Ability to guide and design Competence (e.g. expertise on the tasks and organisation of the Youth Office, secure legal knowledge in all legal texts relevant to the implementation of the tasks and their implementing laws, in particular in SGB VIII, Budget Law, Community Regulation) Objectivity (e.g. ability to argue, targeted work) Social competence (e.g. experience in dealing with different professions, team skills, constructive handling of stress)

Head of department (16 employees) with the tasks of economic youth assistance, guardianships/administrative staff, assistance, child and youth promotion and contracting Budget Responsibility and Controlling Development of objectives and concepts for the tasks of the entire department Close cooperation with the social services and the department of bodies and law Takeover of disputed technical decisions, e.g. in matters of performance when involving third parties Support for the management in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with service providers of youth assistance Regular participation in the Youth Assistance Committee
