Responsibility for the technical life cycle management of applications including Active Directory Management and Provisional Coordination (Server, Client, DB, Network) Perception of the role of the company-wide IT service Owners or technical product managers for various applications and IT services Analysis and acceptance of IT requirements as well as initial architectural assessment of client applications in the motorway environment Head of IT projects including professional management of project teams, consulting and training of key users Control of external IT providers and active cooperation in relevant working groups Implementation of the 2nd level support including incident, problem and change management as well as monitoring and documentation

successfully completed university studies (Bachelor) with the focus on computer science, practical computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics or comparable skills, knowledge and experience Long-term experience in automated application provision and management of Active Directory Safe handling of ticket systems (Incident/Service Request/Change Request) Long-standing experience in technical support and maintenance of applications in the client and client server applications Proven skills in project management, ideally through multi-year professional experience in the environment That would be desirable: Basic knowledge of scripting (Powershell focus) Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation High resilience, determination and readiness Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement
