We are looking for Head of Technology & Recht – Sub-Metering, Operating and WEG-Right (m/w/d) Location: Düsseldorf – remote You do not want to consider technology and law isolated, but to design at the interface of energy, real estate and billing? Then take a central role in our group of experts. You combine technical know-how about measuring and energy systems with operating costs, rental and WEG law and develop solutions in the Sub-Metering area in the expert group.

Technical support schematic analysis in properties Creation of measurement and accounting concepts for complex systems Technical recording and error analysis, in exceptional cases also on site Conception and implementation of training of technical rules and standards Editorial preparation of legal judgments, standards and association documentation

Legal support in accounting in cooperation with external lawyers Application of operating cost law, WEG and rental law Contact person (m/w/d) for associations in the measuring service provider and administrator industry and prosecution of relevant legislation and jurisdiction Implementation of corresponding training

Further development of knowledge management for the group of companies with a view to technical and legal aspects in the field of sub-metering using our learning platform

Possible background as plant electronics / communication electronics / TV technician / heating engineer / mechatronic / TGA-Planer (m/w/d) or engineer (m/w/d) for heating systems technology, supply technology, communications technology, electrical engineering or automation technology Understanding electrical or hydraulic circuits Technical understanding of heating systems, heat pumps and installation and operation of relevant measurement technology for the consumption-oriented detection and accounting of energy costs General technical understanding and good mathematical knowledge Interest in legal and regulatory issues Basic knowledge of operating costs and of WEG and rental rights Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint You bring with me: German language skills in word and writing Careful and reliable operation Continuous learning readiness Teamability and Communication Strength and Enforcement Flexible use Readiness to travel up to 20% of the weekly working hours to the sites in Germany
