You carry out independent maintenance, repair and repair work on our devices and systems and ensure their perfect function With your technical know-how, you perform sound fault diagnoses, analyze faults, identify causes and guide suitable measures for sustainable improvement As a competent contact person, you support customers as well as internal interfaces in technical issues and explain complex issues in a comprehensible and solution-oriented manner You carefully record service reports and repair logs and ensure transparent traceability You identify required spare parts and report material requirements After repair has been completed, check the devices comprehensively and ensure their operability You consistently work according to safety and quality requirements and bring their own optimization proposals into existing processes

You have completed technical training, e.g. as an electronic, mechatronic (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have practical experience in the service and repair environment; first professional experience in a comparable position is advantageous You have a strong technical understanding of electronic systems and have experience in fault diagnosis as well as in handling measuring and testing tools Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation The routined handling of IT systems (e.g. service software, ERP systems, MS Office) is of course for you Good English knowledge of word and writing allows you to secure communication in the international environment
