Electrical Specialist - Emergency Lighting Systems - Inside Sales (m/f/d)

You are the first contact point for our customers and supports them with technical know-how around emergency lighting systems – nationally and internationally. You coordinate service requests and ensure that our Field Service Engineers are always well informed. You analyze errors, test emergency lighting systems and find the best solutions together with the team. You are the link between technology and business – communication is your strength! You advise our customers on applications, technologies and maintenance of emergency lighting systems. You are generating new service leads and creating professional reports for our customers.

Complete training in the electric installer craftsmanship, but no need - with additional qualification (e.g. master). First professional experience in electrical engineering – you know the practice! Want to sell? Great, but no need. Good knowledge of English and safe handling of the PC (MS Office). fun dealing with people, team spirit and a professional appearance
