Graduate of the Engineering Department of Architecture, Civil Engineering or Comparative Vocational Qualification Multi-year professional experience Advanced knowledge in SAP systems, iTwo, MS-Office as well as common CAD and calculation programs Advanced knowledge of facility management, HOAI, building contract law and building law, DIN and VDI standards Membership in the Chamber of Architects & Building Perfect knowledge of German in word and writing are absolutely necessary driving licence class B
