In order to support our ERP system business unit, we are looking for you as department manager (w/m/d) SAP accounting from 01.08.2026.

Head of the SAP Accounting Division consisting of three teams, including professional, organisational and disciplinary leadership, as well as central contact person and interface to internal and external stakeholders Responsibility for the coordination and integration of all SAP accounting topics (FI, CO, Purchasing/Logistics, RE-FX in S/4HANA) Control of Release, Change and Lifecycle Management and Automation Initiatives in SAP Accounting Ensuring quality management, key payment systems and compliance with statutory, internal and audit-relevant requirements Defining targets and further development of organisation, structures and processes in line with corporate strategy Strategic development of SAP Accounting Solutions as well as initiation and control of cross-departmental projects and digital transformations

Successfully completed academic studies in the field of (economic) informatics or economics or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience Multiannual (min. 5 years) Professional and management experience of an area or department Funded practical SAP knowledge (core modules), ideally complemented by knowledge of relevant programming concepts Experience in process modelling and digitization in complex organisations Impressed earnings orientation, analytical strength and decision-making and responsibility Very good communication and social competence, high resilience and readiness for continuous further development

At present there is no post evaluation by the Federal Agency for Administrative Services for the designated position. The required description shall be made as soon as an official assigned to the motorway GmbH or an assigned official is engaged. Group of charges: AT Remuneration shall be effected in an extra-tariff manner. Please apply through our career side up to and including 15.07.2026.
