Welcome and warm welcome of our guests Support of the front office in fulfilling any wishes of our guests ensure cleanliness in the lobby and in front of the hotel (hotel entrance, underground parking) Maintenance and issue of the hotel's SUP (stand-up paddle boards), as well as security instructions of guests Care and output of the hotel's bikes, helmets and wheel pockets (technology and cleanliness) Car master service for guests arriving and departing Luggage service and luggage storage for our hotel guests Events for guests and hotel Participation in internal training and meetings
