Your future tasks As a social-pedagogical family helper and educational assistant, you help parents in currently difficult situations of life, e.g. in the case of educational difficulties/abundance of parents, children's behavioural disorders, family crises, problems with household management or in the case of violence or neglect. In addition to educational support, help parents and children or Young people in the organization of their daily lives and in solving their social-emotional challenges. Each family has other topics and therefore your work content is case-specific. Your case-independent tasks in detail:

• As a contact person, they support the relevant family members according to the present support concept with educational, life-structural or organisational assistance
• They are in constant exchange with the family as well as the inter-family, case-relevant contact persons and institutions
• They prepare the help schedule talks and participate in it
• You do the case-relevant documentation work

Working time: variable (approx. 30h/week flexible/selforganized)Working place: Hall & SaalekreisThe family assistance is usually provided with the families at home or in their surroundings.

• Successful completion of studies in the fields of social work, pedagogy/education, psychology, healing or equivalent or completed education with state recognition
• Experiences in family support
• experience in dealing with children/young people who are susceptible to behaviour or who are inhibited in their development; also purchased by voluntary commitment, family and others.
• Very good communication style, independent work, liability, empathy and patience, self-confidence
• Carefulness in the creation of required documentation
