Network Administrator (m/f/d)

You manage, monitor and optimize the network infrastructure from LAN and WAN to Wi-Fi and modern security solutions such as SASE, SSE and firewalls You take the alarm monitoring with Checkmk and make sure that malfunctions are detected and eliminated early You analyze and resolve network problems and work continuously on performance optimization You manage IP address areas, VLANs and network accesses and ensure a clean structure You support IT projects, migrations and rollouts with your know-how and experience You work closely with internal specialist departments and external service providers to ensure smooth processes You analyze complex network problems using Wireshark, Netflow data and evaluate traffic flow through our infrastructure You ensure the quality of network infrastructure in personal suburban dates with our internal customers in Germany and Europe You advise our customers on the integration of cloud, hybrid and on-premises solutions from sites to AWS and Azure Cloud

You have a completed training as a specialist informatics or IT system businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable information technology qualification and brings very good hardware and software knowledge with You have knowledge of information security and data protection; ITIL (ideally ITIL 4 Foundation) is advantageous You'll bring sound knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLAN You have experience with common network components and their configuration You are interested in new technologies in Open Networking, such as SD-NET, SD-WAN or SD-WIFI You understand the requirements of internal customers and can translate them into effective technical solutions You have experience in Troubleshooting complex network problems using Wireshark, Netflow and SNMP You have experience in shifting our customers' local IT infrastructure to modern cloud environments in Azure or AWS You think analytically, work structured and find solutions that suit complex challenges, while you communicate clearly, work in the team and take responsibility You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You take a call, occasionally work on weekends, are about 20% ready to travel and also mobile as you have a class 3 driving licence You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to become part of the #GENERATIONTK?
