Second Level Support: Responsibility for the special topics “apotheque’s own website” and “apotheque’s own app” – you focus on your topic of focus and are the key player for all questions and developments in this area. Of course, we work intensively into the products. Direct customer contact: You enter our customers by phone, by Team Viewer and by e-mail, answer their questions competently and build a long-term customer loyalty through reliable support. Increase customer satisfaction: With your solution-oriented approach, you actively contribute to increasing the satisfaction of our customers. Proactive improvement: You recognize optimization potential and advance proactive improvements in the product and customer service process. Training & knowledge transfer: You train your colleagues in product updates, process changes or new tools and ensure smooth knowledge transfer. First Level support: With bottlenecks, you support the first-level team and are ready to take over other special topics to relieve the team.

Experience: You have a commercial or communicative training and have at least two years of professional experience in customer consulting or in a comparable work environment and already have the knowledge of ITIL (especially in the fields of incident, problem and change management). Technical know-how: You have a solid technical understanding and experience in mobile applications and interfaces. Tools & Systems: Ideally, you have already worked with different systems, such as CRM, Jira, CMS (WordPress) and common MS Office applications. Team skills: You like to share your knowledge, support colleagues in training and master challenges together in the team. Flexibility: You are willing to join first-level support and work on new special topics as needed. Communication strength: You are safe in dealing with different personalities – both by phone and in writing. Own Responsibility: You take responsibility for your specialty and drive forward improvements. Knowledge: You have a healthy level of curiosity and willingness to learn to continuously develop. Dynamics: A fast-paced environment is not a problem for you – on the contrary, you see an exciting challenge in it.
