You support current projects and topics, such as building an AI-supported knowledge database. You are responsible for the collection of customer data in our systems and inform the customers about the current status. You carry out your tasks independently and responsibly and can apply flexible, innovative and mobile working methods after being incorporated.

You are currently enrolled in a preferably technical or economic study programme. You have good oral and written expressiveness in German. You are characterized by a pronounced team capacity, conflictability and organisational skills. You are trained in dealing with the Microsoft Office programs and work quickly into new systems. Also empathy, communication strength, joy in contact with people via the different communication channels are not strange to you.
