Analysis of processes and structures with the focus on software development processes and recognition of optimization potentials Responsibility of the area Process and Quality Management Further development and solution of strategic tasks and processes of the organisation Creation and development of complex concepts, methods and tools as well as the need-oriented implementation of process improvement measures Self-employed methodological advice and moderation of change processes in close cooperation with the development of sofware Management of projects and working groups Coordination of the process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the development of air traffic control software and compliance with internal and external safety requirements Examination of documents against national and European standards and relevant DFS internal documents

Complete bachelor's/master's degree in the scientific/technical field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, communication technology) with multiannual professional experience in software development and integration Comprehensive knowledge and experience in process and quality management in software development Experience in modern software development processes and possibly also tools or CI/CD used there In-depth knowledge of organisational development and analysis, description and modelling of processes Experience in change management and management of projects and working groups Extensive analytical capacity and a solution-oriented and independent working method Embossed communication skills and experience in the moderation of ideas and opinions as well as safe occurrence Impressive empathy and a strong target orientation as well as the ability to harmonize the needs and challenges of the employees with the objectives of the organization German and English knowledge in word and writing
