Employee Accounts Payable Master Data Maintenance in Rosenheim (m/f/d)

For our Accounting team in Rosenheim we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) for the creditors master data maintenance in parttime, with 20 hours a week.

Maintenance of creditor master files: You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and updating of creditor master files. Processing of the input mail: You take over the daily processing of the incoming mail and care for a structured further processing. Invoicing processing: You scan input invoices and prepare them for further accounting processing. Coordination of supplier accounts: You assist in the coordination of supplier accounts and assist in the clarification of open items. Supplier correspondence: You conduct the written and telephone correspondence with suppliers.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring knowledge to SAP-FI and secure handling of the current MS Office programs. You work carefully, structured and independent. Flexibility and load-bearing capacity are characteristic. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You have fun in your work and pleasure in dealing with all contact persons – even in stressful phases.
