Plant Technician - Team Facility Management (m/f/d)

You enter and maintain our technical facilities – including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water treatment plants, sprinkler systems and lifts You analyse technical disorders, fix them independently and ensure smooth operation You carry out regular checks and inspections in accordance with statutory requirements and carefully document all maintenance measures You coordinate external service providers and inspection bodies and ensure that all safety and quality standards are complied with You take over general tasks in domestic engineering and supports classic mastery activities

Complete training as plant technicians, mechatronics technicians, electronics technicians for operating technology or a comparable qualification Ideally multi-year professional experience in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, elevator or water treatment technology Finded knowledge of domestic engineering and the operation and maintenance of technical equipment Experience in the handling of modern building control systems and knowledge in the care of sprinkler systems is advantageous You work independently and structured You are a team player and bringing the willingness to occasional standby service In the Haufe Group we create groundbreaking working conditions in which each of us can optimally introduce and unfold.
