As a fully-fledged member of our People & Culture team, you can support the Compensation & Benefits section in the processes of payroll accounting, retirement, corporate cars and JobRad Knowing the basic administrative processes in the HR department You participate in the creation and dispatch of company car contracts and invoices to employees You accompany and support the Compensation & Benefits section on current projects This place is now to be occupied at the Frankfurt am Main site with usually 20 hours per week (more than in the semester holidays).

You study business, ideally with a focus on staff and have completed at least the third semester Ideally, you bring first experience in the area People with You are safe in handling MS Office applications You are characterized by service orientation, team skills, excellent communication skills as well as organizational talent and self-employment You can safely master the German and English language in word and writing
